Comprised of 4 agencies that are funded by Ontario Health * delivers coordinated community Acquired Brain Injury services in North Simcoe Muskoka
Services include:- in-home rehabilitation supports and/or nursing
- specialized clinical services to support community integration
- support for independence
- peer support and socialization opportunities
Four agencies are: Brain Injury Services Muskoka Simcoe, Ontario Health atHome, York Simcoe Brain Injury Services, and March of Dimes Canada
